Clinical Diagnostix staff supply physiologist support to local pulmonary rehabilitation
and COPD services.
Oxygen Assessment Clinics
We provide staffing support for oxygen assessment clinics, assessing patients for
long-term and ambulatory oxygen therapy.
Patient assessments involve undertaking shuttle walk tests, spirometry, oximetry
and earlobe capillary blood gas sampling and analysis.
Clinical Diagnostix has its own portable spirometry equipment for use within the
community setting and also has access to main frame equipment for more detailed
lung function measurements.
Equipment calibration and all respiratory investigations are undertaken according
to
ARTP
guidelines and protocols.
Pulmonary Rehabilitation
We provide staffing support to undertake patient assessments pre and post rehabilitation
programmes and assist in exercise and education classes.
