Audit

We can provide audit for echo services to independent or NHS providers of diagnostics. Echo audit includes appraisal of both echo images and the echo report. An audit report provides a summary of findings to enable feedback to clinical/non clinical managers and technical staff and to facilitate service review.

We also provide advice and guidance to assist in the development of diagnostic services, echo protocols, audit, quality control services and equipment.

CONSULTANCY

In addition to our clinical service Clinical Diagnostix also acts in a consultancy capacity providing advice on cardiorespiratory clinical protocols and procedures, quality assurance, audit, clinical equipment and reporting software/systems, health and safety and human resource issues.

Clinical Diagnostix services are supported by a Cardiologist.
