REPORTS

We can adapt the test report formats and conclusions within agreed terminology
(within the limitations of national professional guidelines), to suit the requirements
of clinicians and will give an indication of whether further investigation or referral may
need to be considered. Urgent or significant findings are always brought to the attention
of the relevant clinician. Routine reports are currently dispatched within an agreed
timescale.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We use a secure, web based echo image storage and reporting system, Ultralinq, which
enables clinical staff to review echo images and reports remotely, for a review of urgent
/significant clinical findings and for peer review and audit purposes. All of our systems are
password protected and we are registered under and adhere to, the Data Protection Act.

We can provide service in the community setting using a high specification machine- the GE Vivid
Q. The GE Vivid Q is portable, high specification echo equipment which stores images enabling post
study review and post processing. We use a secure, web-based echo image storage and reporting
system, Ultralinq, which enables appropriate clinical staff access to image and reports.

Provision can be made for local acute Trust Cardiologists to have access to echo images and reports.

WHO WE ARE

Clinical Diagnostix is an independent provider of cardiorespiratory investigations for both
NHS and private patients and works with healthcare providers to develop and optimise their
services and resources. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission.

Our aim is to provide a flexible, practical, "no strings" option to give clinicians an additional pathway
of access to a range of diagnostic investigations.

Clinical Diagnostix has been established for nearly 10 years and has been awarded Departmental
accreditation by the British Society of Echocardiography.

Each of our directors has over 25 years clinical and managerial NHS work experience. All of our team members are
registered with the RCCP and the BSE. We have continually developed by increasing activity in established services
and broadening the range of diagnostic services provided.

We are committed to keeping pace with clinical and technological advancement through on-going investment in
state-of-the art medical technology enabling us to adapt to the developing service needs of our clients.

EQUIPMENT

Clinical Diagnostix uses high specification, state-of-the-art equipment which complies with
National and International safety and measurement standards and we take pride in our
commitment to updating equipment promptly to stay in line with current technology and are able to
do this with minimal delay.

We are happy to use the client's own cardiac ultrasound, exercise, ECG, ambulatory ECG/BP and pulmonary
function equipment where this matches our stringent standards.

The GE Vivid Q. is portable, high specification echo equipment which stores images enabling post study review and post
processing. Images and reports are stored to a secure, web-based system - Ultralinq - which can be set up to allow
appropriate clinician access to echo test results.

Suntech Accuwin Pro V3 provides mean day and night BP recordings and is reported by Clinical Physiologists. Reports
include full data set. Average data and graphs.

The GE Medical Mac 1200 offers an A4 page format print out and full measurement and interpretation package. ECGs can be
stored and, via patient data management software, downloaded and dispatched electronically if required.

Our Numed system has full-disclosure capability of 3 channels of ECG. All ambulatory recordings are analysed
and reported by Clinical Physiologists and reports include ECG strips of abnormalities/arrhythmias, heart rate and arrhythmia trends
and recorded patientEvents.

The Micro Medical Micro Lab system is comparable with many systems in use in General Practice and community sites and its accuracy
is checked in accordance with National standards and guidelines. A print out of numerical results, with reference values and a graphical
display, is generated.
